The Game Plan Structure is an 8–10 week transformational experience designed to help participants gain clarity, develop strategy and take intentional steps toward their goals.

Services We Provide
Week 1:
The H.U.M.B.L.E. Leader Mindset
Participants are introduced to the philosophy of humble leadership and explore the difference
between authority-based leadership and influence-based leadership.
Homework assignment #1
Key Activity: Personal leadership reflection
Outcome: Participants define the type of leader they want to become.
Week 2:
Humans — Leading People First
Participants learn how empathy, emotional intelligence, and awareness shape leadership
effectiveness.
Key Activity: Team empathy mapping
Outcome: Participants understand how to lead individuals, not just teams.
Week 3: Ultimately — Accountability and Ownership
Participants examine how ownership builds credibility and how blame weakens leadership trust.
Key Activity: Ownership case study
Outcome: Participants identify areas where they need to take greater responsibility.
Week 4: Managing — Self, Conflict, and Expectations
Participants learn how to manage emotions, priorities, difficult conversations, and performance
expectations.
Key Activity: Difficult conversation role-play
Outcome: Participants practice clear, respectful, accountable communication.
Week 5: Building — Trust and Team Culture
Participants explore how leaders create healthy team environments through consistency, communication, and care.

Outcome: Participants identify behaviors that build or break trust.
Week 6: Leaders — Coaching and Developing Others
Participants learn how to mentor, coach, delegate, and create leadership opportunities for others.
Key Activity: Leadership development plan for a team member
Outcome: Participants practice building leadership capacity in others.
Week 7: Everywhere — Everyday Leadership
Participants discuss how leadership shows up beyond titles and formal responsibilities.
Key Activity: Influence map
Outcome: Participants recognize where they already lead and where they can lead better.
Week 8: H.U.M.B.L.E. Leadership Capstone
Participants present a personal leadership growth plan and a practical project for improving their team, workplace, or community.

Outcome: Participants leave with a clear leadership action plan.
