Mr. Suarez is an accomplished entrepreneurial executive with more than 20 years of experience, beginning with the launch of his recycling company in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has led all aspects of the business—including marketing, sales, operations, and team management—guiding its growth into one of the largest recycling companies in the United States, with offices across the Midwest and Southeast.

While this remains his professional career, Mr. Suarez’s passion is rooted in athletics and youth development. A former collegiate baseball player at Seton Hall University, he is also the father of three children who competed at the collegiate level. This commitment to helping young people pursue their goals led to the creation of Stay Plugged In. Since its founding, the organization has emerged as an industry leader in esports recruitment, connecting gamers to collegiate opportunities and workforce pathways. Mr. Suarez’s personal journey continues to inspire his work, driving his mission to create meaningful opportunities for the next generation.
